We currently ship exclusively to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C., with free standard ground shipping on eligible orders.

We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.

7. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

Returns & Refunds: Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined in our Refund & Return Policy.

Customers must contact our support team to initiate a return and obtain return authorization before shipping any product back.

Limited Warranty: All Abonow Sport walking pads and treadmills include a 1-Year Limited Warranty covering eligible manufacturing defects and specified core components under normal home use.

Nothing in these policies limits any statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
