How often should I lubricate the running belt?
For moderate home use (3–5 hours weekly), apply 5–10 ml of silicone lubricant under the center of the belt every 2–3 months. For intense daily running, lubricate every 4–6 weeks.
How do I adjust a slipping or off-center running belt?
Use the included Allen wrench on the rear roller bolts. If the belt shifts right, turn the right bolt 1/4 turn clockwise. If it shifts left, turn the left bolt 1/4 turn clockwise, then run at low speed for 1 minute to verify alignment.
Troubleshooting & Error Codes
What should I do if the screen displays E07?
E07 means the magnetic safety key is not detected. Ensure the red safety clip is attached firmly in the yellow zone. If E07 persists, gently wiggle the magnet around the sensor area to reset.
What does error code E01 mean?
E01 indicates a signal communication error. Turn off power, unplug the treadmill, and check that the cable inside the upright frame is securely plugged in.
What should I do for E02 or E05 error codes?
These indicate motor overcurrent or excessive belt friction. Turn off for 15 minutes to cool down, add 5–10 ml of silicone oil under the belt, and avoid resisting the belt during runs.
Why does my brand-new treadmill make a ticking/clicking sound?
A light ticking sound on a new machine is normal during the break-in period. Run the machine unloaded at medium speed for 10–15 minutes.
